This kit includes Daniel’s Mate Claro, a Palo Santo mate fully wrapped in aluminum, giving it its signature bright, polished appearance.
Inside sits sustainably sourced Palo Santo from Argentina’s Chaco region. Outside, a seamless aluminum shell is shaped and fitted by hand in Buenos Aires, adding durability while preserving the aroma and character of the wood within.
Daniel has been making mates by hand for over 36 years, carrying forward a craft shaped by patience, repetition, and deep respect for the ritual. Each Claro is individually finished by hand, giving every piece its own subtle character.
Similar in volume to the Alto, the Claro is ideal for longer sessions, deeper pours, and those who want a more durable everyday mate with a clean, elevated look.
